Leadership Seminar

We invite High School students to attend the Leadership Seminar on Monday, July 27, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m at TAMIU's Academic Innovation Center 126. The theme of this year's seminar is "Leadership Skills to Support Your Senior Year". Any high school student may attend; seniors strongly encouraged to attend. Workshops topics and activities will be presented by our TAMIU Proyecto Amigo mentors such as Growth Mindset vs Fixed Mindset and Time Management. Break out group activities will be hosted. This is a great opportunity for high school students to gain the leadership skills to support them for their senior year and transition into their collegiate career.
